Returns & Exchanges

At XND Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
